7-day Cooling-off Period
Challenge Taiwan store provides return of goods service within 7 days. The prodocts have to be complete label packaging, brand new (no traces of use, malfunction, damage, scratches, dirt, peculiar smell, damp) and complete (commodities, accessories, gifts, inner and outer packaging, invoice is complete)
Defects/Wrong delivery/Missing parts
When you receive a defective or wrong product, please be sure to take a picture of the abnormal situation within 3 days, and send the photo through the APP online customer service (choose [Me]-[Contact Customer Service]) to contact the customer service for assistance.
Only Refund No Change
In order to simplify the process, only provide return and non-exchange services
▶退貨流程
Step 1: 請開啟 Challenge Asia Pacific APP,點選下方選單【購物】。
Step 2: 依序點選【會員】→【購買紀錄】→ 選擇您的【訂單】→【聯絡客服】。
Step 3: 請將商品連同原包裝寄回商城,並於包裹內註明以下資訊:
待我們收到退回商品並確認商品狀況無誤後,將以匯款方式辦理退款。屆時再請您提供退款帳戶資料,我們會盡快為您完成退款作業。
Step 1: Open the Challenge Asia Pacific App and tap "Shop" from the bottom menu.
Step 2: Go to "Member" → "Purchase History" → select your Order → tap "Contact Customer Support."
Step 3: Please return the item(s) to our store in their original packaging. Inside the package, please include the following information:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details, and we will arrange the refund as soon as possible.
▶注意事項
1.如商品部份退貨後金額未達免運標準,退款金額將會扣除訂單出貨之運費
2.訂單若使用折價券,退款時將不會退回折價券
3.每張訂單僅提供1次免費退換貨服務,若於7日內加退商品,請自行負擔運費。為避免爭議發生,請於辦理退換貨前確實驗收退貨品項,與您申請的退換貨商品無誤,再進行包裝辦理退換貨。
4.個人衛生用品(如襪子、口罩)除商品本身瑕疵外,恕無法辦理退換貨。
5.若您所訂購之商品無問題而您欲退貨,退回的商品必須保持商品的完整性,為全新狀態,且商品吊牌不能剪標,包括主要商品、使用手冊、註冊回函、週邊零件,否則Challenge Taiwan store有權拒絕接受退貨。
6.若商品有附特殊包裝(鞋帶與配飾、紙盒...等等)需保持完整無毀損並一同退回,外包裝請勿直接以膠帶黏貼,一經黏貼毀損,恕無法接受退貨申請,請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝袋(箱)將退貨商品包裝妥當,若原包裝袋(箱)已遺失,請另使用其他包裝袋(箱)包覆於商品原廠包裝之外,切勿直接於商品包裝紙盒上黏貼紙張或書寫文字,否則買家需負擔紙盒成本費100元的費用。
7.若商品因消費者個人不當使用拆卸產生人為因素造成故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污、包裝破損不完整者,或是發票、附配件不齊者,恕不接受退貨。
8.在您收到貨品後如因非人為因素之商品損毀、刮傷、或運輸過程造成包裝破損不完整者,請您儘速通知本公司客服人員,我們會進行商品瑕疵或損壞鑑定,並儘速將新品寄給您。
9.退貨商品寄回須將發票一併寄回,如果沒有發票,恕不接受退貨。
▶Notice
1.If the amount of the returned product does not reach the free shipping standard, the refund amount will be deducted from the shipping cost of the order.

3.Only one free return service is provided for each order. If you add or return the product within 7 days, please bear the shipping cost. In order to avoid disputes, please make sure to accept the returned items before handling the return, and the returned items you have applied for are correct, and then pack them for the return.
4.Personal hygiene products (such as socks, masks) cannot be returned except for defects in the product itself.
5.If there is no problem with the product you ordered and you want to return it. The returned product must maintain the integrity of the product, be in a brand new state, the product tag cannot be cut, including the main product, user manual, registration reply, and peripheral parts, otherwise Challenge Taiwan store has the right to refuse to accept returns.
6.If the product comes with special packaging (shoe bags and accessories, paper boxes, etc.), it must be returned intact and undamaged. Please do not use tape directly on the outer packaging. Once the adhesive is damaged, the return application will not be accepted, please Pack the returned product in the packaging bag (box) used by the delivery manufacturer. If the original packaging bag (box) is lost, please use another packaging bag (box) to wrap the product outside the original factory packaging. Do not directly place the product Paste paper or write text on the packaging carton, otherwise the buyer will have to pay NTD 100 for the cost of the carton.
7.If the product is malfunctioning, damaged, abraded, scratched, scratched, dirty, or damaged due to human factors caused by improper use and disassembly of the consumer or if the invoice or accessories are not complete, the product can not be returned.
8. After you receive the goods, if the goods are damaged or scratched due to non-human factors, or the packaging is damaged or incomplete during transportation, please inform our customer service staff as soon as possible. We will conduct a defect or damage identification of the goods and send new products to you as soon as possible.
9. The invoice must be sent back together with the returned goods. If there is no invoice, returns will not be accepted.
